Terms & Conditions of Pall Mall Goldsmiths

Pricing: All our merchandise will include VAT @ 17.5%.
Discounts will be awarded at our discretion, depending on the number of items ordered.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice being given.

Payment: Payment is accepted by cheque, major credit cards (excluding Diners Club and JCB), Switch, or by direct payment to our bank account.
Depending on the value of the total order, we can ask for a deposit of between 30/50% at time of ordering with balance on delivery, unless otherwise negotiated.

Carriage: All orders are subject to courier/postal charges depending on their size, weight and urgency.
We are able to send out the gift of your choice directly to the recipient, and are well used to dealing with corporate orders, where there are multiple recipients at multiple different addresses.

Presentation: All gifts arrive wrapped in attractive packaging. We will always discuss this with the client during the processing of the order.
Should you require it, we can always include a small gift card with your own message or other supplement to the gift.

Lead time on orders:
Because we do not keep merchandise in our showrooms, the lead-time of orders and delivery should always be discussed at initial time of ordering. We will always endeavour to meet deadlines wherever possible, but hope it is appreciated that generally we cannot turn orders around in a timeframe of less than three working days. This is, of course, entirely dependant on the size of the order and whether or not any form of customisation is involved.

We have no minimum order.
